Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming products may not be eligible unless faulty.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason, and we’ll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and, if approved, refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
